Shipping & Returns

We ship nationwide from our warehouse in McKinney, Texas. Each piece requires a different level of care in transit, so we recommend the safest delivery method based on its size, weight, fragility, and destination.

Local Pickup

Complimentary pickup is available by appointment at our warehouse:
705 Greenville Road
McKinney, TX. 75069.

We will contact you after purchase to arrange a pickup time.

Parcel Shipping

Smaller pieces that can be safely packaged may ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or invoiced separately depending on the item. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is on its way.

White-Glove Delivery & Freight

Furniture, architectural salvage, and other large, heavy, or fragile pieces are delivered through trusted independent carriers.

Shipping is not included in the purchase price unless specifically noted. You may request a shipping quote before purchasing. Quotes are based on the size of the piece, delivery location, and property access.

When requesting a quote, please include any delivery considerations such as stairs, elevators, gated entrances, narrow roads, or other access restrictions. The level of service—curbside, threshold, or in-home delivery—will be confirmed with your quote.

Once approved, shipping will be invoiced separately. The item and delivery charges must be paid in full before an order is released. Most white-glove deliveries arrive within approximately two to six weeks, depending on the carrier’s route and availability. Delivery dates are estimates and may change.

International Shipping

Please contact us for an international shipping quote. Smaller items may be shipped internationally on a case-by-case basis. At this time, we are unable to ship large furniture internationally.

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Our collection consists primarily of antique, vintage and reclaimed pieces. Evidence of age—including wear, patina, variations, old repairs, losses and imperfections—is expected and is part of each piece’s history and character.

We carefully photograph and describe every item and are happy to provide additional information, measurements, photos or video before you purchase. Dimensions are approximate, and buyers are responsible for confirming that an item will fit its intended space and can pass through all doorways, stairways and other access points.

Architectural, electrical, plumbing, and structural pieces should be evaluated and installed by a qualified professional.

Damage during shipping

Please inspect your order promptly upon arrival.

For white-glove or freight deliveries, inspect the item before the driver leaves. Any visible damage should be photographed and noted on the delivery receipt before signing.

For parcel deliveries, retain the item and all original packaging materials. Email shipping@eastendsalvage.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item, damage, and packaging.

We will work with the carrier to address an eligible shipping claim. Age-related wear, patina, and condition already shown or described in the listing are not considered shipping damage.
