We can only imagine the stories these antique glass Tou beer bottles from Norway have heard and think they would make an excellent gift for the zythophile (beer enthusiast) in your life! Fill with fresh cut blooms or simply display on your bar cart or bookshelves and impress your friends with your worldly collection!

Tou brewery started producing beer and flour in 1855 at Tau, just outside Stavanger, Norway, and was the first in the country to produce carbonated apple juice. Today Tou beer is owned and brewed by Carlsberg Breweries.

These wonderfully aged bottles, dating from the late 1800s to early 1900s, have gently sloping shoulders transitioning into a wider body. A classic lightning style closure, with ceramic stopper, rests upon the opening of each.
