A large rustic antique bentwood grain measure with metal eared handles once used to measure and store grain, flour, corn, beans, seeds, and the like. Use in the kitchen as a fruit basket, in the bathroom to keep toiletries organized, or as a unique planter!

  • Found in Maine, 19th century

  • Handmade from bentwood with a tacked seam and metal banding

  • Scratches, markings, and rust consistent with age and use

  • Measures approximately 14 1/2” W diameter (15 3/4” with handles) x 7 7/8” H
