Marble Top, Industrial Base Table

Repurposed and salvaged industrial table base with new white marble top. Cast iron base is stamped “Hobbs M.F.G. Co. Worchester, MASS”, a company founded in 1885 that made woodworking machinery. This unique piece would make a great entry hall table or console behind a sofa.

  • Heavy 2” thick cast iron industrial base with a wonderful patina consistent with age

  • Overall, the table is approximately 29.25” high

  • 1/2” white marble slab top with rounded edges, new (as found)

    • Marble top is approximately 55” long x 20” wide

  • Iron base is approximately 48.5” long at the top and 44” long and 17” deep at the base

  • Two pieces, marble is not attached
