Once used as a decorative means of covering a gap in a roofline atop a building in Hungary, this zinc finial has been given a new life as a one-of-a-kind piece of art. Smitten with its elegant form, we have attached this wonderful architectural fragment to a custom reclaimed wood stand, thus allowing it to be displayed as a sculptural piece of history either in the garden or inside the home.

  • Found in Hungary, 19th century

  • Finial has been fitted onto a (removable) custom stand constructed of wood salvaged from a local McKinney, TX historic building

  • Wear consistent with age, removal from roof, and exposure to the elements over time

  • Overall dimensions approximately 9 5/8” W square at the base of finial x 21 1/4” H

  • Wooden base measures 9 1/4” W square x 2 1/2” H
