This extra large confit pottery jar was once used for the preservation of food. But now, it's become a cool collectible that ties our homes to the past. Found in France, the jar has a smooth glazed interior and exterior in a calming creamy beige. With those adorable dog ear handles, this handmade jar is perfect for showing off potted plants or dried flowers.

• The pot has naturally aged over time resulting in a beautiful time-worn patina

• Jar has character marks, crazing, and slight discoloration

• “9B Turnau Paris” is stamped on the bottom of the jar

• The spout at the lower front edge of the jar is missing its cork (as found)

• Overall signs of wear consistent with age and use

• Measures approximately 12.25” W (14.75” W including handles) x 10.5” W at the base x 12.25” H

• Opening measures 8.75” W
