The use of finials as decorative elements atop rooftops dates to Asian cultures as long ago as 700 A.D. Capturing dramatic elegance, while retaining its functional purpose of covering a gap in a roofline, zinc finials can be seen gracing the tops of buildings and homes across Europe. Enamored with its delicate form, we have attached this beautiful architectural fragment to a custom designed reclaimed wood stand, resulting in a wonderful, one-of-a-kind sculptural element to be displayed either inside the home or out.
