An English, natural mahogany and faux leather inset library table. Three drawers are fitted within the apron on each side and are adorned with simple wooden mushroom knobs. The molded top is inset with a faux leather writing surface that shows signs of use over the years. The table rests upon chunky legs that appear to be hand-turned. New wooden casters have been added to each leg for a more comfortable seating height.

  • Constructed from solid mahogany that has been stripped to its natural wood tone and top-coated for durability

  • Plaque found inside one drawer bears the “Greenlands Ltd. House Furnishers & Decorators, Hereford” stamp

  • New wooded casters have been added to raise the overall height of the desk

  • The faux leather top shows scratches and character marks from years of use; could be replaced or restored with an ebony leather conditioner
