Antique French Giltwood Mantel Mirror

A beautiful, antique, French rectangular overmantel mirror decorated with floral detailing around three sides of the frame. Tailored corbels appear at the bottom on each side of the mirror as a finishing touch to show where the mirror would have transitioned to the fireplace mantel upon which it was once mounted. The frame, constructed from giltwood and plaster, suggests an air of sophisticated elegance without being overly flashy.
