This antique WWI first aid medical trunk is a rare piece of history! Made of bamboo and wicker, covered in canvas, leather, and off-white distressed paint. (as-found) There is a faint outline of the first aid cross symbol on one side of the trunk.
Wear consistent with age and use
No structural damage
Wicker basket interior, canvas/leather exterior
Old and distressed off-white paint not original
All original iron hardware has the ability to be locked
Two leather handles, painted
Wood slats at the bottom
Approximately 32” wide x 14” deep x 23” high
Approximately 42” wide with handles
