• 3 lites have been replaced; original glazing has been removed and clear silicone caulk has been added

• Original iron door knob and locking latch attached

• Metal L bracket supports and 2 partial hinges present

• Sill of door needs extending to be fully functional as an exterior door

• Minor wood separation with overall wear consistent with age and use, no structural damage
