A pair of intricately hand-carved, small, and narrow Corinthian columns. Delicate acanthus leaf, scrolls, and floral motif carvings at the capital and lower portion of the shaft balance out the masculine feel of the columns’ dark stain. Slender and sleek, the columns are fluted, which adds to their elegant visual appeal.

  • Salvaged in England, circa 1880

  • Columns feature a dark stain with areas of fading toward the base

  • They may have originally been a part of an intricate fireplace mantel

  • Columns are made of solid wood

  • Small areas of wood are damaged or missing
