Zinc Top Prep Table
Once used to display plants at a nursery in Belgium, this vintage, zinc-top table has been given a new life as a prep table for the kitchen. Two drawers at the front, a new shelf, and extended legs (cladded in zinc to harmonize with the top!) have been added by a skilled craftsman to make the table more functional for use as an island. The new light blue-gray paint on the legs and lower shelf perfectly compliment the multiple layers of original chippy blue and creamy white paint on the table’s apron, giving the table an overall modern feel.

A metal strap “patch” has been added to the top to repair a seam
Overall condition consistent with age and use
